One special weekend people interested in service and customer experience will meet at locations all over the globe. In a spirit of experimentation, innovation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have less than 48 hours to develop and prototype completely new services inspired by a shared theme.
Returning after my service design course in London, I connected with the local service designers and as our first project we organized our first jam.
The thrill of starting something new and exciting. Teaching people something I’m passionate about.
This event and its participants are the root of today’s thriving service design scene in Budapest.
We designed, organized and facilitated the jams. Mentored participants to get the most out of the event.
Our collaboration with Francis started in 2013 with the organization of the first Service Design related event in Hungary (Budapest Sustainability Jam), in which he worked as main organizer and mentor. Since then I had the pleasure to work with him and share experience in several projects as Budapest Design Jams and Learning Experience Lab, facilitating service design workshops. Francis has shown professional experience and deep knowledge in Service Design with a continuous thirst for learning in the field. He is a great and proactive professional, team member, excellent facilitator and talented designer. I truly recommend him.
