A consultancy specialized in developing programs for educational institutions was introducing a design thinking based, participative methodology to expand its services. They approached me to help them develop a one day workshop were their prospects could experience the power of co-creation firsthand.
Our collaboration with Francis started in 2013 with the organization of the first Service Design related event in Hungary (Budapest Sustainability Jam), in which he worked as main organizer and mentor. Since then I had the pleasure to work with him and share experience in several projects as Budapest Design Jams and Learning Experience Lab, facilitating service design workshops. Francis has shown professional experience and deep knowledge in Service Design with a continuous thirst for learning in the field.
