From Isobar's blog post:

"Isobar Budapest became the host of the agency network's Digital Creative Programme workshop. The Budapest office welcomed 28 senior professionals from 13 countries in the beginning of this year for an inspiring joint brainstorming.

Mainly Strategic Planners, UX designers, Social Media Experts, Account Managers and Creatives worked on Deutsche Telekom's real-life brief together with the client during the unbelievably intensive and exciting three days. Besides brainstorming in the office they also had a chance to forge creativity and technology on a field trip to the the 3D Academy.

The main topic of this year's event was the relationship between the millennial generation and technology and participants applied service design to come up with viable solutions. The workshop was successful because many useful ideas were born in a very short period – some of which the client considered worth implementing in the future.

The EMEA Digital Creative Program is just one of Isobar Academy's many global program packages that all have a common aim of exchanging experiences, knowledge sharing and encouraging cooperation within the network."

How I did in this project?

Francis was an integral part of the Service design and Innovation team at Isobar Budapest, where we have worked together, and he was my favorite neighbor at our desk. He has deep understanding of both service an UX design, with great personal skills for bringing the user-centered perspective to the decision makers' table. He is eager to share his knowledge and keen on learning from others. He has a bright, open and balanced personality that has always put an ease on our work even when we were under pressure. I think every work place needs a colleague like him.

When we worked together I liked that he was always able to show another angle, a new perspective challenging and improving what we were working on. He was always open for feedback and reflection, and he was really managing his professional progression. He is a multifunctional interaction designer and transformation consultant who is ready to learn incredibly fast and act as a service designer, UX designer, researcher or facilitator.
